The story behind this

From broken to unshakable.

At my worst, I weighed 160 lbs at 6'6". I had lupus-style rashes, severe eczema, depression, joint pain, and 10 doctors telling me there was nothing they could do. I was a D3 basketball player who couldn't enjoy the one thing I loved most.

I gave up. Started eating whatever I wanted. Fell into social media and video games. No purpose, no direction, horrible outlook on life. I was reactive, angry — I got ejected from intramural games. I was a poor partner, son, and friend.

Then something shifted. I stopped focusing only on diet and started asking a harder question: why do I react to life the way I do? That question rebuilt everything. The 4 pillars of Zen came out of that journey.

Today I'm 190 lbs, 12% body fat, playing basketball again — in a monk outfit — to remind myself and others to always stay zen. Symptoms gone. Outlook completely different. Now I want to help you get there.

Do I need to already be healthy or have a routine?
No. The program is designed to meet you exactly where you are. Week 1 starts with identity — not diet, not exercise. We build the foundation first.
How much time does this take per day?
About 15–20 minutes for the daily check-in and tracker. Plus one weekly group call of around 60 minutes. It's designed to fit around your life, not replace it.
What if I miss a week?
All calls are recorded. The community and tools are always there. Life happens — the system holds you even when you slip.
